These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of InsureBox — the website at insurebox.co, our mobile applications and related services (together, the "Service") — operated by Cloudwrx Techvision Pvt Ltd ("InsureBox", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.
2. The service
InsureBox is a management tool for insurance agencies — policies, clients, quotations, endorsements, renewals, reports and team workflows. InsureBox is not an insurer, broker or intermediary, and does not provide insurance, financial or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your professional obligations, licensing and regulatory compliance.
3. Accounts & licenses
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Each license is for one named user; sharing a login between people is not permitted. You are responsible for activity under your account, including your teammates' use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Plans include the number of licenses stated at purchase; additional licenses are billed at the then-current rate per license per year. Plan limits (such as policy counts) apply as described on the pricing page. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.
5. Your data
The policies, client records and documents you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload the data you store — including your clients' personal information — and that you use it in compliance with applicable law. You can export your data at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, uploading malicious code, reselling access without our agreement, or using it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and mascot, is owned by Cloudwrx Techvision Pvt Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid term. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. After termination you will have a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that automated document reading, reminders or reports are error-free — you should verify critical details such as renewal dates and sums insured. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
