Refund Policy
This policy explains when payments for InsureBox subscriptions, operated by Cloudwrx Techvision Pvt Ltd, are refundable. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Try before you pay
The Starter plan is free forever, with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate InsureBox on the free plan before purchasing — upload policies, add clients and try the workflows your agency uses.
2. 14-day refund window
If InsureBox isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a new paid subscription (Growth, Team or Enterprise). This applies to first-time purchases only.
3. Renewals
Annual renewals are charged at the start of each term. We send a reminder before renewal. Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge, provided the Service has not been substantially used in the new term. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your term ends — you keep access until it does.
4. Additional licenses
Additional licenses (₹999 per license per year) are prorated to your subscription term when purchased mid-term and follow the same refund rules as your plan. Unused licenses are not refundable once the 14-day window has passed, but you can choose not to renew them.
5. What isn't refundable
Except as described above or required by law, payments are non-refundable — including partial periods, unused time after cancellation, charges older than the refund window, and accounts terminated for violating our Terms.
6. How to request a refund
Email team@insurebox.co from your registered account email with your invoice number and the reason for the request, or message us on WhatsApp. We may ask a few questions to help us improve.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
