InsureBox is operated by Cloudwrx Techvision Pvt Ltd ("InsureBox", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use insurebox.co, our mobile apps and related services (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information — your name, email address, phone number and agency details when you create an account.
Business data — the policies, client records, quotations, endorsements, documents and reports you upload or create in the Service. This data belongs to you; we process it only to provide the Service.
Usage information — device type, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the Service, used to keep it secure and improve it.
Payment information — processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
2. How we use it
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process policy documents you upload, send renewal reminders and service notifications you configure, respond to support requests, process payments, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell your personal information or your clients' data to anyone.
3. Storage & security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up automatically, and protected by role-based access controls. Access within our team is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the Service.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings, or by writing to us. If you are covered by data-protection laws such as India's DPDP Act, you may also have rights to grievance redressal and to withdraw consent.
